These Terms are continuously available on the website in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and stored at any time by printing or saving them to a device.

The Website operates in accordance with the rules set forth in these Terms.

The Terms specify the types and scope of services provided electronically through the Website, the conditions for providing those services, the terms of concluding and terminating contracts for electronic services and Product Sales Agreements, as well as the complaint procedure.

Each User, upon taking any action that leads to the use of the Website’s electronic services, is obliged to comply with these Terms.

Placing an order through the Website requires reading and accepting the Terms at the time of placing the order.

The Website conducts retail sales of Products via the Internet in Poland and other European Union countries.

Products offered on the Website are new, free from legal defects, and have been lawfully introduced to the Polish market.

All trade names, Product names, company names, and their logos used on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. They may be registered trademarks. All materials, descriptions, and photos presented on the Website are for informational purposes only.

The Company informs that using electronic services may involve risks on the part of any Internet user, such as the possibility of malicious software entering the Client’s IT system or unauthorized persons obtaining and modifying their data. To minimize such risks, Clients should use appropriate technical safeguards, especially antivirus software and a firewall.

II. DEFINITIONS

Whenever the following terms are used in these Terms, they mean:

Company: ANTYNARCYZ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered under KRS 0001197887, NIP 9542895587, REGON 542878680, headquartered at ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-005 Katowice, Poland.

Website: The Service is operated by the Company under the address listed above.

Agreement: An order for a Seminar or Product offered on the Website submitted by the Client via form completion and acceptance of these Terms, in response to an offer presented by a Representative of the Company or made available on the Website.

Order: The Client’s declaration of intent directly leading to the conclusion of an Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of the Product or Service.

Client: A natural person with full legal capacity, a sole proprietor, a legal person, or an organizational unit with legal capacity that places an Order or uses the Website’s Services.

Consumer: A natural person entering into an Agreement not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Fee: The remuneration indicated on the Website or provided by a Representative on behalf of the Company for Services rendered to the Client.

Materials: All content provided to the Client in any form during or in connection with a Seminar.

Product: A product presented on the Website, with a description available next to each product.

Seminar/Service: Courses presented on the Website (e.g., in-person or online trainings, individual sessions, and others) delivered by the Company or its Collaborators.

Seminar Hours: The time period during which the Client may participate in a Seminar.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Terms: This document.

Newsletter: A free electronic service allowing the User to subscribe and receive emails or Messenger messages containing information and marketing content from the Company. Subscription requires the User’s voluntary consent.

DIGITAL SERVICES ACT (DSA): Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and Council of 19 October 2022 on a single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC.

ILLEGAL CONTENT: Information which, in itself or by reference to an action (including the sale of Products or provision of Electronic Services), is contrary to EU or Member State law consistent with EU law.

III. RULES OF USING THE WEBSITE

Use of the Website is possible provided the Client’s IT system meets the following minimum technical requirements:

IV. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Company provides free Services via the Website, available 24/7.

The account service is available after registration (e.g., during the order placement process). Registration is completed by filling out and accepting a registration form or providing transaction details. The contract for maintaining an account is concluded for an indefinite period and terminates upon the Client’s request for deletion.

The Company may post advertisements on the Website — these form part of the Service.

The Company may organize promotions or contests, with rules published on the Website. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

If the Client violates these Terms, after prior ineffective warning, the Company may terminate the service contract with 14 days’ notice.

V. TERMS OF SALE AGREEMENT CONCLUSION

Product and Service information on the Website constitutes an invitation to conclude an Agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.

All Products available are brand new, free of defects, and lawfully placed on the Polish market.

Placing an order requires an active email account.

When placing an order through the form, cart, or Company payment portals, the Client’s order constitutes an electronic offer to conclude an Agreement.

The Client is bound by this offer upon payment (or down payment, if applicable).

By making a purchase and payment, the Client confirms that they have read and understood the Terms and Privacy Policy, which is available 24/7 on the Website.
